Index, dle m\u00e9ho n\u00e1zoru, odr\u00e1\u017eel realitu v\u00a0podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch \u010cR a navazoval na indexy v\u00a0sousedn\u00edch zem\u00edch. Dalo se tak s\u00a0ur\u010ditou pravd\u011bpodobnost\u00ed odhadnout, jak bude genomick\u00fd b\u00fdk z\u00a0Evropy hodnocen v\u00a0na\u0161ich podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch. V\u00fdsledkem byla velmi solidn\u00ed plemen\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e1 pr\u00e1ce, kter\u00e1 napom\u00e1hala soustavn\u011b navy\u0161ovat u\u017eitkovost, korigovat exteri\u00e9r \u017e\u00e1douc\u00edm sm\u011brem a v\u00fdrazn\u011b vylep\u0161it plodnost v\u00a0na\u0161ich chovech. Vstupem nov\u00fdch parametr\u016f do v\u00fdpo\u010dtu ji\u017e nebyl p\u016fvodn\u00ed model schopen pojmout mno\u017estv\u00ed zpracov\u00e1van\u00fdch dat a bylo p\u0159istoupeno k\u00a0tvorb\u011b nov\u00e9ho modelu.<\/p><p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Duben 2025 byl mezn\u00edk v\u00a0nov\u00e9m v\u00fdpo\u010dtu PH v \u010cR. Zem\u011bt\u0159esen\u00ed v\u00a0odhadu PH bylo \u0161okuj\u00edc\u00ed. Po l\u00e9ta budovan\u00e9 rodiny krav a osv\u011bd\u010den\u00ed plemen\u00edci se najednou propadli v\u00a0hodnocen\u00ed. P\u016fvod na\u0161eho aktu\u00e1ln\u00edho v\u00fdpo\u010dtov\u00e9ho modelu je v\u00a0USA, co\u017e je probl\u00e9m, proto\u017ee v\u00fdrazn\u011b preferuje b\u00fdky z\u00a0t\u00e9to oblasti. O\u010dek\u00e1val jsem n\u011bjak\u00e9 intenzivn\u00ed vysv\u011btlen\u00ed a propagaci ze strany Hol\u0161t\u00fdnsk\u00e9ho svazu chovatel\u016f, ale nic moc se ned\u011blo. Kupodivu ani chovatel\u00e9 v\u00fdrazn\u011b neprotestovali a nov\u00fd v\u00fdpo\u010dtov\u00fd model tedy pracuje u\u017e v\u00edce ne\u017e rok. V\u00fdsledky jsou zve\u0159ej\u0148ov\u00e1ny, ale s\u00a0jejich interpretac\u00ed m\u00e1m trochu probl\u00e9m. Model preferuje b\u00fdky n\u011bkter\u00fdch americk\u00fdch firem. Sta\u010d\u00ed se pod\u00edvat do p\u016fvod\u016f b\u00fdk\u016f z\u00a0prvn\u00ed strany TOP. Je podivn\u00e9, \u017ee jsou v\u00a0na\u0161ich podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch nej\u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011bj\u0161\u00ed b\u00fdci vyb\u00edran\u00ed pro region s\u00a0jin\u00fdm klimatem, krmivovou z\u00e1kladnou, chovnou technologi\u00ed i legislativou. Dal\u0161\u00ed velkou nezn\u00e1mou je vysok\u00fd pod\u00edl star\u0161\u00edch b\u00fdk\u016f na vrcholu TOP prov\u011b\u0159en\u00fdch, ale zejm\u00e9na genomick\u00fdch b\u00fdk\u016f. Je norm\u00e1ln\u00ed, aby v\u00a0TOP 10 genomick\u00fdch b\u00fdk\u016f bylo 6 star\u0161\u00edch t\u0159\u00ed let? Aby nejl\u00e9pe hodnocen\u00fdm prov\u011b\u0159en\u00fdm b\u00fdkem byl plemen\u00edk narozen\u00fd v\u00a0roce 2018? Po pravd\u011b nev\u00edm, jak chovatel\u016fm odpov\u011bd\u011bt. V\u00a0zahrani\u010dn\u00edch TOP genomick\u00fdch b\u00fdk\u016f jsou na vrcholu p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b mlad\u00ed b\u00fdci kolem jednoho roku st\u00e1\u0159\u00ed. \u010casto b\u00fdv\u00e1 probl\u00e9m zajistit insemina\u010dn\u00ed d\u00e1vky a mus\u00ed se \u010dekat. To u n\u00e1s evidentn\u011b nehroz\u00ed.<\/p><p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Jako dovozce b\u00fdk\u016f z\u00a0N\u011bmecka m\u011b tr\u00e1p\u00ed paradox, kdy registrujeme mlad\u00e9ho b\u00fdka z\u00a0vrcholu TOP v\u00a0SRN a po v\u00fdpo\u010dtu SIH se tento b\u00fdk za\u0159ad\u00ed n\u011bkde na za\u010d\u00e1tek druh\u00e9 stovky v\u00a0TOP \u010cR. Opravdu to na\u0161i kolegov\u00e9 v\u00a0N\u011bmecku d\u011blaj\u00ed tak \u0161patn\u011b? Mo\u017en\u00e1 je to jen t\u00edm, \u017ee konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed b\u00fdk m\u00e1 evropsk\u00fd p\u016fvod. Na\u0161i b\u00fdci \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00ed na SIH maj\u00ed v\u00a0p\u016fvodu americkou genetiku, aspo\u0148 ze strany matky. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b dok\u00e1\u017eeme nab\u00eddnout plemen\u00edky s\u00a0preferovan\u00fdm p\u016fvodem, ale je to tak spr\u00e1vn\u011b po zlep\u0161en\u00ed chovu hol\u0161t\u00fdnsk\u00e9ho skotu v\u00a0\u010cR?\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Dlouho jsem n\u00e1rodn\u00ed index SIH propagoval a sledoval jeho hmatateln\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky v\u00a0chovech. Aktu\u00e1ln\u011b si nejsem \u00fapln\u011b jist\u00fd a vid\u00edm, \u017ee se chovatel\u00e9 za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00ed obracet k\u00a0zahrani\u010dn\u00edm index\u016fm.
